Test day

The RE just called & the HCG results came back negative.

I started bleeding & cramping a few days ago- which would have been perfect timing for implantation bleeding & that was what I kept hoping it was. 

I tried to keep my hopes down. I still cried. 

It was only my 1st cycle. I shouldn't even be surprised. It's not like it ever happens the first try anyway, right? 

(Unless of course, you're on drugs, 16 & don't know who the baby daddy is.)

Oh, that sounded bitter. 

I just want some wine & some sort of chocolate cake.
